    It will be a total of 20 weeks when I go back but LO will only be 3.5 months. It makes sense as DH is a teacher and will be off for the summer and the sooner I finish making up the 20 weeks the sooner my income will increase.
  • I was researching this today and am peeved because I am just shy of my 5 year anniversary with the company and I won't get as much time paid at 100% & 80%. Glad to have any coverage, but to be SO close.  Ah wells.

  • I am planning on 8wks now. It will be no more than that, just not possible for more time.

    I have to use my STD for leave so I only get 6wks at 60% one of them I believe is not paid but I am not 100% sure. I am calling on that next week probably!

  • I'm very excited, I can take up to 6 months.  11 weeks of that is paid 100%, the rest is unpaid.  I'm planning to take the full 6 months.  I'm hoping at the end of that I'll be a little bored and ready to work again. :-)

    I have to do a combination of vacation, STDI and sick days. 2 weeks will be paid at 70 percent which is annoying bc if this baby was coming one month later, it would all be 100 percent. <

  • I've got 12 weeks job-protected leave under FMLA.  None is paid by my company.  All PTO has been used concurrently with FMLA.  Unfortunately, I'll only have 2 weeks or so (depending on when I go out) paid with PTO.  Traveling 2.5 hr

    2 year TTC journey with successful IVF in Nov 2012- B/G Twins!
    Baby Boy diagnosed with omphalocele and diaphragmatic hernia
    Born at 32 weeks due to PROM.  Emergency c-section due to prolapsed cord.
    Said Goodbye to our sweet Bennett after 5 short hours.
