If you like salmon, here's the easiest way to cook it

I'm not graceful in the kitchen, but so far this has been foolproof so I felt indebted to share for fellow salmon fans. I got this off Pinterest and it makes me so happy because it's taken the guesswork out of cook time.
- - Place salmon, skin side down, on a sprayed baking sheet.
- - If it's not already marinated in something, drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper
- - Place on center rack of COLD oven
- - Turn oven to 400
- - Leave for 25 minutes
- - NOM
It doesn't seem to matter how thick the piece is (that's not what she said), but each time has been awesome.

Old Bay on salmon??? Never done that before.
I just grill salmon skin side down and brush it with a dijon bourbon glaze.
