I'm not graceful in the kitchen, but so far this has been foolproof so I felt indebted to share for fellow salmon fans. I got this off Pinterest and it makes me so happy because it's taken the guesswork out of cook time.
It doesn't seem to matter how thick the piece is (that's not what she said), but each time has been awesome.

Old Bay on salmon??? Never done that before.
