Allergies and BFing

I can't seem to find any allergy medicines that actually work and are okay to take while BFing. What do you do for allergies?

I did Zyrtec the first spring and Claritin last spring. I'll start taking Claritin again as soon as the tree pollen shows up (very late spring here). And a NeilMed sinus bottle twice a day.
