Waiting and Watching

I feel like I'm being a nervous first timer, but I called my midwife after finding what looks like a potential mucus plug today.  I've been having contractions, too, but thought they were just Braxon-Hicks from my workout. 

Verdict from the midwife, was to put in a pad, wait and watch for the next 4 hours.  They call back if still worried or it gets worse.

 Hope I'm just being silly and it's all good. :- 

Tick, tock. Tick, tock.

    I have an appointment to get a wax this afternoon.  Should I postpone it, or is that being silly?

    I hope everything is okay.  I've also heard they can regenerate, but I too would be concerned if it happened to me.

    All seems to still be fine.  Sigh of relief!

    To keep my self occupied, I got the house vacuumed, baked a cake, and caught up on some TV. Now I just need to work extra hard to catch up from my pseudo-day-off
