XP: Very gurgly tummy

Lately I have noticed that DS has a very gurgle/rumbly tummy and that after hearing the rumbles/gurgles he gets upset or fussy.  He's eating, burping and pooping pretty regularly and he goes to sleep on his back fine, so I don't suspect reflux. He almost never spits up.   Anyone else have this issue?  Suggestions?  He's EBF.  

ETA:  i think I am going to try eliminating dairy from my diet- anyone have success with that?

    My guy also has a very gurgly tummy, despite all my best efforts to burp him enough. He is pretty gassy, so I guess all the rumbling is from gas bubbles. I give him gas drops, which usually seems to help him pass gas without too much discomfort.

    I think the noisy stomach and some gas is normal.  Their digestive systems are immature.  I wouldn't eliminate anything unless your doc tells you.  Why suffer??
