  Put a rubber band wrapped around the straw under the lid for the take and toss cups - LO won't be able to pull the straw out.

  And sadly, we've resorted to hiding allergy medicine in diluted juice.  I tasted those meds, they are DISGUSTING.

  S/O rubberbands, one wrapped around the pump part of a soap dispenser cuts down on the  amount of soap pumped out. It drives me nuts when they pump out twice as much as you need and then half of it immediately drips in the sink.

  Put a piece of shelf liner under your cutting board so it won't slide around on the countertop.  Can't remember where I heard this, but I started doing it and I feel so much safer chopping veggies now.
