Radian rxt infant support cushion?

I know there are a lot of Radian users here. When do you remove the infant support cushion? Dd is 19lbs and still comfy with the cushion in the seat. I don't see any guidelines in the manual for removal. Should I just remove when she looks too squished? We removed the head support portion long ago.
