Mine just did it for the first time a couple weeks ago but hasn't done it since! She's a pro from her back to her belly though, it's like she forgot how to go the other way already

My DD is 20 weeks today and she did it for the first time yesterday. Since then, every time I put her on her belly she rolls over and is very happy with herself! So cute. Still hasn't figured out back to belly yet - but my other 2 were the same way. They all rolled belly to back around 4 months, but the other 2 didn't roll back to belly until 6+months.
My LO is almost 4 months and she only rolled over from belly to back twice. She seemed pretty surprised when it happened. She hasn't done the opposite yet.
She rolled belly to back at 13 weeks and back to belly at 16 weeks. I think it helps that she's long and skinny... She doesn't really have much of a belly to get in the way!
DD was 3.5 months when she rolled back to belly and around 4 months when she rolled belly to back. To me that's early if anything so I wouldn't worry if your LO isn't at 16 weeks. There is still plenty of time.
My LO was just shy of four months when he rolled from belly to back. Most babies tend to roll from back to belly first though. I wouldn't worry, lots of babies don't roll over until 5 or 6 months and that's perfectly normal. Your LO will roll when he or she is ready.
Sept 2013 started TTC#2 (never got PP period so hoping for the first egg to drop)
Jan 2014 - diagnosed POF (Premature Ovarian Failure) and told pregnancy not possible without egg donor because my ovaries would never function again with my hormone levels (FSH 136, LH 98.6, AMH <.03, estradiol 0, HCG 7) - using acupuncture, chiropractic care and TCM herbs / supplements
March 11, 2014 ovulated despite every doctors prognosis!!!
Oct 2014 hormones (FSH 48, Estradiol 89, HCG 1) not good, but heckuva lot better!
Nov. 16, 2015 FET of single adopted 5AA embryo - BFN
DD will be 6 mos this week and hasn't done either. She can mostly sit on her own (but I wouldn't trust it) and bears all her weight on her legs when standing. Getting close to rolling back to belly, but belly to back, not so much.
March 2011: Off Nuva, cycle back to "normal" for me: No periods since 15 years old.
June 2011:Provera&50 mg Clomid; Progesterone:0.7

Met with RE:No Clomid response, begin injectables Sep
5 mg Letrozole and Ovidrel in the interim month. Cut out running (was a distance-runner), cycling, eliptical. Restricted to weight-training, walking, pilates. Brain MRI normal. Being physically over-stressed is the reason the body stopped producing prog.
Late Sep 2011: Menopur, Ovidrel,& IUI (10.10.11):BFN-Great injectable response: 2 mature, 6 near mature, many smaller; Problem: 9 cysts! Dr: IUI too uncontrolled for number of viable eggs & age. On to IVF! IVF ER 12.6: 37 mature eggs, 27 fertilized, froze all to avoid overstimulation; FET 1.22 (2 Grade 1)=BFN; FET 2.22 (3 Grade 2)=BFP! Beta 10dp3dt=291; 12dp3dt=644; HB 3.26!! 174 bpm: Vanishing twin almost completely absorbed 10wks

Our little guy is 8 weeks old and almost instantly rolls over from belly to back everytime we put him in "tummy time".
He is of course far from rolling from back to belly... That's for later.
