Pyloric spasm

Lo is 3 1/2 weeks old. Dr has her on Zantac bc he thought she might have reflux, but due to her projectile vomiting he said she may have pyloric spasms. We're going for a sonogram to rule out pyloric stenosis. He doesn't think she has it bc she's had good weight down. Anyone have any experience with this?

    I don't have any experiences with pyloric spasms or stenosis though my daughter does have reflux; I just want to wish you luck and I hope everything turns out well!

    My daughter has very severe reflux that causes projectile vomiting. She never had trouble with weight gain but her vomiting was very severe and frequently caused her to choke and blocked her airway. She was hospitalized and they did a GI series and ruled
