2nd Trimester

Good news

Doctor assures me that it is just normal pregnancy aches and pains and that I need to rest/relax for a while. Thankfully it isn't a miscarriage. Obviously having gone through a loss before, I couldn't help but worry that was the case.

I was seriously breaking down thinking I needed to prepare myself for the worst. I know that sounds bad...

Re: Good news

  • Your finally to the point where you should start to feel the baby move, which should help you with your concerns of loss. Once the baby is moving all the time its a reassuring feeling everyday. I am sorry to hear that you have gone through a loss before.

  • I understand the paranoia, espically after a loss! It's wonderul that your doctor assured you everything is normal!

  • Glad to hear all is ok. I definitely had nerves from week 14 (nausea gone) until week 18 or so when I started feeling kicks regularly.  It was hard to feel totally normal and not really feel baby move... Never-wracking for sure.
