well for disneyworld we did two umbrella strollers last year (they were 1 and 2). This year we are going to rent the double that they have at the park.
We went to Disney world, but I'm assuming they are pretty similar. I would check the outside stroller rentals. I was able to get a citymini double cheaper than the hard plastic crap they rent at the park. I highly recommend this stroller for the park b

It depends on the age of your kids. We went last September and DS was 4 and DD 21 months and we brought our City Mini Double stroller. It was defiantly a necessity especially after 5:00 till close when they are more tired.
Re: 2 toddlers in Disneyland
In your case I would rent the one in the park. Unless you have a double that you like.
We're going to Disneyland next month and decided to take our BIG Graco stroller (instead of our City Mini) because it has more storage and cupholders.

We go to Disneyland a lot and always bring our City Mini Double. DS likes to walk, but he also needs a place to sit or lie down when he gets tired.
Some people have mentioned renting a double, but Disneyland only rents singles.
