Sorry this is short, I'm having some post c-section complications and my only goal is to get better!

    1.  Boot camp class Wed

    2. Squeeze in at least a walk with the kids - I'm calling off from work tomorrow since the weather will be nice and I want to

  • I hope you recover quickly, Blessed. Maybe we are pushing a bit too soon. I still have a bit of a sore throat and now a little cough. Of course DS2 has a little stuffed nose now, too, since DH was out of town this weekend so I couldn't stay away from him

    1. Baby boot camp class with DS Monday (done!) and Wednesday.

    2. 4 walks (1 done already)

    3. Make dinner Monday-Thursday

    4. Prep a big salad for lunch

    1. Increase my water intake

    2. Eat at least 3 different veggies per day.  (I get stuck in a rut and tend to stick to broccoli and sugar snaps all the time)

  • Hi ladies! My goals for this week include

    1) Walking at least 4 days 

    2) Cut down on sweets - I have a serious sweet tooth and there are lots of items in the house to tempt me

    3) Drink lots of water

    4) Eat more fruit and
