question to ask re when ttc #2?

I am meeting a new RE tomorrow to start ttc my second child.  The RE I used for ds moved offices and is now to far for me to go to so I am going to be seeing the lead RE at the clinic I was going to for ds (my old RE was under my new RE supervision if that makes sense).

We have just completed our bloodwork,sperm analysis and I have my sono tomorrow before this appt.

What questions would you ask?  We were unexplained before and didinjectables with iui.  I figure I will ask if we are still considered unexplained and if he would recommend the same treatment.  I will also ask if being pregnant before with make my chances of getting pregnant again any higher.  I also need to tell him we don't actually plan on getting back into treatment until october because we are going away in september and figure we will keep trying naturally until then.  I am a bit worried they will be a bit put off that I accepted a cancelled appt to get in tomorrow when wew don't plan on starting for so long.

    I would not worry about them being "put out."  I think after going through IF, it is normal to look into things before deciding to TTC again.

    IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
    2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
    BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
    Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
    BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

    Me-36, Unexplained Infertility, DH-35, all clear
    Clomid 50mg 12/2011 = BFN
    Clomid 100mg 1/2012 = BFN, with Cyst
    IVF #1 Lupron/Menopur/Gonal-f/HCG Trigger
    ER 4/19/12 = 11 retrieved, 6 fertilized,
    ET 4/22/12 = 2 transfered (day 3), remaining 3 weren't good enough to freeze
    Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm!
    Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!! 
    Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!

    TTC #2 - back to the RE, treatment started 12/2014.

    Thanks, that is a great question to ask as well.  And I guess I shouldn't feel bad about meeting with him now to maybe get started in the fall.  We arent 100% sure if we want to have a second so this gives us lots of time to process the informat
