Bath decorating advice

In our new house DS will have his own bathroom connecting his room and playroom. His room is nautical-themed. I've been obsessing about this shower curtain, but MH thinks it's not "baby enough". I kind of want something neutral-looking that he can grow into. Should I just buy it anyway? Thoughts?

What would be baby enough? Lol. I know they seem small but in a few short months they'll be two and everything will seem too babyish. I think it's cute!
