Is your LO still sleeping 3 to 4 hour nightly stretches with an occasional 5 hour? How much do you feed at each waking? My DD will nurse plus take 3 to 4 oz from the bottle, and I'm thinking we need to up that. Just curious to see what you do.

That's what my LO has dinar since 5 weeks but she's also small so I'm not sure. It depends on baby's cues!

my LO has constantly slept 5+ stretches for the past week in a half..it's either 2 5 hour stretches or 1 super long stretch of 7+ and another 2-3 hour one.

During the night, I offer her 4 oz and she usually downs that, maybe leaves .5 oz.

My 6.5 week old son sleeps 6-7 hours at the beginning of the night and then another 2-3 hour stretch once we feed him. During the day he eats every 2-4 hours. He eats about 5 oz after his first long stretch of sleep at night.

He goes down around 7 or 8 and sleeps to about 3 or 4. He's a great sleeper.

He also eats 6oz every 3 to 4 hours during the day so I don't think he's hungry during the night.

She just turned 6 weeks on Saturday and has started doing two 4 hour stretches followed by a 1.5 hour stretch. The first time she wakes DH feeds her a 3oz bottle then second time I breast feed her.

I never know how long LO is going to sleep at night. Most of the time it is every 3 hours. I wish he would get the memo that he is big enough to go at least 5.
