Growth spurt

My little 7 week old daughter has been particularly fussy the last few days and today she is sleeping a lot! Pretty much just waking to be changed and eat every few hours and seems to be in a deeper sleep then usual for the day time...could this be a growth spurt?

Definitely!!! My LO just did this. Beware though. We had a few days of 11 hours TOTAL sleep after.
