Babies: 6 - 9 Months

baby cereal, yes or no?

I have heard mixed reviews on feeding cereals to babies. I was thinking of making my own organic whole wheat cereals, but I'm not going to invest time in it if it's a nutritional waste if time. My ds is 7 months old and has had about 7 or 8 different fruits/veggies. What are you're thoughts?

  • I personally don't like how processed rice baby cereals are and skipped them for my LO. She started on veggies and fruits and I now mix this with regular organic and flax seed oatmeal for a meal once in awhile.
