vegetarian

Scared baby isn't getting the proper protein since I don't eat meat, seafood or eggs. What should I do?

  • There are plenty of great vegetarian protein sources! Lentils, beans, grains, cheese (if you do dairy), etc. Check out a book called The Vegetarian Mother's Cookbook -- it's great.

  • Beans, nuts, tofu, greek yogurt.... content of protein in yogurt varies greatly - read labels carefully.
