Who takes progesterone??

Ok girls, I need my curiosity cured.  I am currently on treatment cycle number 7, all with trigger shots.  I hear a lot of you talking about your 7dpo bloodwork, but my RE doesn't do that on cycles that use triggers.  I didn't think too much of it until these last two cycles (follistim).  I had crazy cramps between 9dpiui and 10dpiui and AF showed up in the early hours of 11dpiui.  So now I am thinking maybe my progesterone is too low post ovulation and not allowing enough time for the baby/babies to snuggle in.  

I'm thinking I'm going to ask for progesterone this time around.  It can't hurt right?  

Just wondering if most of you take progesterone during your 2ww of a treatment cycle?

    This is my first medicated cycle and I am starting vaginal progesterone after triggering.  My RE told me to take a test 14dpt and call the office with my results.  I am not having any other blood work.  I am interested to hear what oth

    My dr does 7dp IUI bloodwork and if your progesterone is low she starts you on supplements.  Since mine was low once, now I don't do the 7 day bloodwork and just automatically start progesterone a few days after my IUI.

    I start taking the suppositories on 3DPO during each cycle.

    BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
    BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks. 
    BFP #3: 8/27/13
    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

    My RE always gives me a prescription of 10 days of progesterone tablets (I think 15mg a day) after my IUI's. I have never had the vaginal suppositories, though.
    TTC our first Navy baby! Me:27 DH:30, together since 8/2003, Married on 7/2006
    9/26/10 stopped BCP and started TTC.
    9/2011 referred to RE. All blood work normal and DH's SA=normal results
    11/2011 HSG=both tubes clear
    One natural (monitored) cycle of Clomid, 50mg 2/2012= BFN
    Getting ready for first IUI, 3/2012 received orders to Japan! (postponed IUI)
    5/2012 Moved to Japan, fought Tricare for months over referral (no fertility treatment on our military base) for Japanese RE out in town!
    8/2012 Started seeing new RE
    9/2012, post coital test= hostile cervical fluid, (finally) moving on with first IUI!
    9/29/2012 IUI #1+trigger= BFN
    10/27/2012 IUI #2+100mg Clomid CD5-9+trigger= BFN
    11/28/2012 IUI #3+100mg Clomid CD5-9+trigger= BFN

    I am on my second IUI and have started Progesterone suppositories twice a day starting 2 days after IUI both cycles.  My RE does this as a precaution.  Its gross but if it helps I'll take it.  Just tell your RE you want to take it.  He
    ***SIGGY WARNING***

    DX: Unexplained
    6 Failed IUIs (Clomid and Gonal F).  
    IVF #1 began August 2013- BC, 4 days of Estrace, stimmed with Gonal F and Menopur, Ganirelix, 9R 5M 5F, Medrol and Doxycycline, 5 day transfer of 2 early blastocysts- good quality, Progesterone, Estrace, and baby aspirin, BETA on 9/20 BFN,   IVF #2 began September 2013, stimming with Gonal F (higher dose) and Menopur, Ganirelix, 18R 14M 9F with ICSI, 5 day transfer of 2 BBs one was starting to hatch, 2 frosties: 1  BB and 1 AC, BETA on 10/21, BFN BETA was a 5- chemical 
    Getting some more testing and trying to figure out what the issue is before FET in December, started acupuncture on 11/10, RLP and some other BW nothing major to report except slightly high Prolactin. Prolactin was slightly high when I started with my RE and I already had an MRI which was Neg.  Endo biopsy=negative.  WTF is wrong with us???
    12/18/13 FET of 1 BB and 1 AC.  Hoping for a miracle.  Beta 12/26 Low BETA-8 2nd BETA 5- chemical
    After 3 failed transfers IDK where to go from here.  Still no real answers as to why this isn't working.  Getting a second opinion in February and looking into immune testing.  
    2/14- NEW RE- Immune testing showed a partial dq alpha match with DH- On prednisone and did intralipids prior to transfer.  3/14 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, HGH.  ER 15 mature all 15 fertilized!  5dt of an early blast grade 1 and an expanded blast grade 2.  BETA on 4/21.  1 grade 2 embryo frozen
    BETA #1 59 BETA #2 148 BETA #3 283 BETA #4 2,783! US at 6w2d shows 1 bean measuring right on track! HR 121.  US at 8w3d measuring on track HR 177. Released form my RE.  EDD 12/28

    My RE had all mediated cycles do progesterone starting at 3DPO...because of that, they dont do bloodwork at 7DPO since they supplement anyway. I think it may be worth a shot for  you!  I dont think it could hurt.
