Sleep questions!

Ok so my LO used to be a good sleeper. Shed wake up once to eat then sleep until I woke her up for the day. Well as she is getting older she is getting worse and worse. She has two teeth now and is working on her top two at the moment. Could that cause it? I question it because she still naps just fine throughout the day. Its only at night now she is waking up a bunch. Like 5 to 6 times every night. And also now she will wake up between 5 and 530 every morning, without fail. I have to rock her, feed her a bottle, or sleep with her in order to get her to go back to sleep. Once I finally do she will sleep until I go in and wake her up. Its really weird she keeps waking up then at the same time. She is normally a night owl and loves to stay up late and then sleep in late so I don't know why she keeps waking up crying then now. Shes been doing that for like a month. I normally go in and check on her whenever she starts to cry but I know now most of the time she doesn't need anything then. Do you think it would confuse her if I let her cry it out then and no other times?
