Call me paranoid... (sleep question)

My newbie is so incredibly different than my son - to the point where I might as well be a FTM. My son was colicky and constantly cluster feeding, especially during growth spurts.

DD is a little over three weeks old and for the past few days, all she wants to do is sleep. She's hardly eating and hasn't pooped in over 24 hours. She's peeing plenty. I keep waking her up to eat, but she falls asleep at the boob within a few minutes. I'm worried about her weight and my supply!

Is this just part of a growth spurt that I never experienced with my son?
