Wishing I would feel better...

I am 12 weeks post c-section and every day I feel like something is plaguing me (a cold, a cough, full body ache, etc).  I just wish I would start to feel better and have it last for more than a day.  I have been working out (running and other activities) and eating moderately well.  Just wondering if anyone else is struggling with this.

Edit:  This is baby number 2 and I had a c-section with both.  DD2 is sleeping a full 12 hours at night so I don't think this is exhaustion...and I don't remember feeling this way with DD1...

  • Honestly, I just think it takes some time to fully recover from childbirth, especially if it involves a surgery.  I think the big recovery gets out the way fairly quickly, but if you think about it there's a lot of healing going on, you're trying to

  • I feel achy too. Like I just feel rundown. I think it's normal though. I'm 32 and has major abdominal surgery and now spend pretty much every salon second and some asleep taking care of not myself but another very needy person. I think we have the right.

  • I've been sick since December. Bad season for colds.
This recovery is harder than the first because I have two now and never stop moving. It'll take awhile.
