Anyone else having trouble with getting baby on a schedule?

Can't wait until DH mom leaves for the mountains and we hire a nanny because either she doesn't really try to keep baby on a schedule, or baby just doesn't want to go on one.  I'm really tired after work and I hate picking her up to hear she only slept half an hour!!! Now I've let her nap way too close to bedtime just to get some quiet to eat dinner.  Off to wake her up now. :(

    Both ds1 and ds2 have been on demand with feedings and naps. Ds1 naturally fell into a predictable routine and ds2 has done the same so far. I can't really see trying to feed or put lo down for sleep if it wasn't what he wanted.
