What helps with runny noses?

DS woke up with a cold..what has worked for your LO? I've used saline spray and nose sucker...any other ideas?

We run the humidifier and sometimes use Baby Vicks. I think the thing that helps her the most though is the nose sucker.

We just do stream showers, humidifer and saline spray. My pedi says no to anything else when the kid is under a year.

The Nose Frieda is amazing! I you don't have one, look into it. It's one of the best purchases we've made.
