My 4 week old baby girl is in so much discomfort with gas that I'm looking into every possible option to help. Has anyone one the elimination diet?? Suggestions?
I've eliminated dairy, but the gas persists. I'm at a loss, any help is appreciated.

I have to disagree with the pp who said you just have to wait and see. That may be the case for some babies, but some babies are in fact bothered by things in Mom's diet. My DD2 is milk, soy protein intolerant. She had insane gas, green, mucousy, blood

It'a my understanding that if LO is allergic or sensitive to something in your diet you'll see much worse symptoms than just gas problems, like blood in the stool or mucus.
First off, you should consult with your pediatrician.
