So, how did everyone do on their goals this week?
Atleighdan- you were pretty ambitious with your goals this week! How did you do? I looked up the couch to 5k program you mentioned and once I heal enough from the c-section (still just 5 weeks pp) I want to start it too! Also, did you make it to the gym and how is weight watchers going?
melly918- Did you and your children enjoy an outside walk this week? Did you end up taking that piltes class? How do you feel?
dotmbc- did you get in a workout and stay hydrated this week?
NBBride05- were you able to meet your goal of 4 20 minute walks?

1. stay hydrated
2. walk my drive way every day
3. stay away from dairy
I didn't meet any of my goals this week. I still need to make drinking water a priority. I didn't walk because I am still having
type 1 diabetic for 7 years. Been on the pump for 6 years.
