Vitamins

Are you ladies still taking your prenatal vitamins? I wasn't taking care of myself like I should have been I just started taking them the past couple days and I actually lost some weight... sounds crazy but now I am wondering if the vitamins helped with the weight loss.

    Yep, have continued taking them to make sure LO gets all the vitamins he needs because I am EBF. I doubt the vitamins have anything to do with weight loss. It is probably because you are breastfeeding (assuming that you are). I am having trouble keeping w

    Yep, still taking prenatals since I'm BFing. I don't think they have anything to do with weight loss - if they do, I am definitely immune to that side effect lol.

    I had found in the past that I'd have a lower appetite if I took a vitamin in the morning...I think due to the iron in it. Not sure if that is happening to you.
