Spinoff of cosleeping post:
So, I loved that article, but I had never heard of "over wrapping" being a risk factor for SIDS before and I don't really know what it means...I probably sound so dumb, but how much wrapping us too much? I swaddle DD with a muslin blanket and she wears sleepers. Her legs stick out of the swaddle that holds her arms in, so then I swaddle over that with a jersey blanket so she doesn't get too cold. Too much wrapping?
I'm probably way overcomplicating this. Hopefully y'all are smarter and more informed than me!! Haha.
Re: S/O Overwrapping?
DD wears a hero sleepsack with the option of swaddling with or without arms in. She seems to be not too cold/not too hot with that.
Edited: She sleeps in her own crib
