My daughter just turned 3 and she is not fully potty trained. I don't know what to do. She is not consistant. She goes sometimes but not all the time. She will pee in the potty, but she will not go poop. I am so frustrated. I have tried everything, treats, putting her in panties, telling her she can't be in ballet until she goes potty all the time in the potty. I don't know what to do, she is 3! Any suggestions?

I don't think that's all that uncommon. From observing at our daycare, it appears that the kids train generally anywhere from 2 to 4. There's a wide range.
If it's not working, I'd back off for a bit and follow her lead. She might not just be
