Reoccuring Dream- I lost the baby in bed!

So almost every night since she was born I wake up searching for the baby in our bed going as far as panicking and telling my husband he had rolled on her. Then I realize that she is safely in her crib in her own room and I fall right back asleep.  My husband just thinks I am crazy and ignores me every night because he is now used to this. Does anyone else have these dreams? Are there any dream interpreters out there? I just think it is weird. Confused

I do this sometime, not as much as I used to. My DH always called me crazy until he woke up one night frantically searching our bed for DS.... We don't even bed share!

  • I have been having the exact same dream since we moved LO into his crib. He has never slept in our bed so I do not know why I have them. The dreams have slowed down some, from 7 night a week down to about 3. I still wake up and rip the covers off the bed

  • This has been happening to me lately too.  It's bizarre but I noticed this happens on the nights that DH puts DS to bed.  (DS has been sleeping safetly in his crib for about a month and a half now)

DH thinks I am nuts because I usuall

  • I used to do wake up almost every night thinking I lost dd. The other night I thought I lost our pet snake (we do not have a pet snake btw) in the bed. Who knows what my mind was doing.... DH thought I was crazy.

  • Yes, I do this too.  Mostly when I'm really overtired.  It happened nightly the first couple or three months when DS was awake every 2-3 hours to eat, but doesn't happen as often now.

I usually have to go in to DS's room to make sure he

  • Omg!! I though I was just losing my mind, it kinda makes me feel a little better that others do to this too. Like PP, my son has never slept in bed with me and DH though sometimes I let him nap with me in the morning after DH leaves and I STILL do this.
  • I wake up a lot like that especially if the dog is on the bed next to me.  One night I even picked up the dog thinking she was Alexis.

  • This happened to me when DD was less than a month old.  I remember feeding her but I don't remember putting her back to bed. I woke when I woke DH while I was swaddling his leg. He was highly amused. Mostly because I was also yelling "I can't find
