When you co-sleep, how do you make sure it's safe for baby? DS sleeps in his crib, but sometimes on weekend mornings we want to bring him into the bed to sleep in a bit with us. I can never sleep, though, because I'm afraid the blankets will cover his face. What should I do to make sure that doesn't happen?

When I was bedsharing with my infant, I used only one pillow for my head and a light blanket. I also used a bed rail (the one I bought was mesh and clamped to the top of the mattress so there was no gaps possible).
