DH is at work today and I have the day off. It's 4pm and LO and I have already been to the bank and the grocery store. In between naps and playtime this morning I got 3 loads of laundry and 2 loads of dishes done, cleaned out the fridge, and put a dry rub on some beef back ribs in prep to cook them tomorrow night. One small hiccup... 30 minutes after polishing off a 6oz bottle LO was sucking on his fingers and I was snuggling him close when (oops!) MAJOR spit up on both of us! So add baby bath to the list of things accomplished!
When DH gets home he's going to say I didn't need to do all this on my day off, but I LOVE days like this. Makes me feel like I've got this mom/wife thing down! Even with the hiccups...

Thanks ladies! I'm usually a bump on a log lounging on the couch with John all day on my days off so I feel really pumped today and HAD to share!
