no symptoms?!?

I am just now 6 weeks pregnant but have not experienced any usual symptoms. Is this a blessing, or is my body playing a cruel joke and I'm not actually pregnant??

Every woman is different. I was sick with my first two and so far only had a touch of nausea with this one. Unless you're cramping and bleeding you're fine. Consider yourself lucky.
