Milkk supply

So I am convinced my supply has decreased a significant amount. I know pumping is no indication but I am pumping like 1/2 oz between both breasts 13 days PP. My pump sucked! I just rented a better one..if I pump religiously will my supply return so I can continue to breast feed? I had to stop due to her attitude antibiotics I was on and I honestly think she wasn't getting enough. I can now get her to latch which I couldn't last week but she cries after every few sucks. My boobs feel really soft..nipples tingle sometimes hurt and no leaking if I squeeze not much comes out. What do u think?

Definitely keep pumping with the better pump and offer her the boob as often as you can stand to, even if it isn't a typical feeding time. The stimulation and closeness help to increase supply. There are also mothers milk teas you can try but I found that

I heard someone talk about power pumping in my LLL meeting. Maybe try that?

I would contact a LC. They can determine how much she is getting and help you pump more efficiently. I did power pumping a few times, use breast compression to increase flow, and pump/nurse at least 8 times a day. It helped my supply increase quite a bit.
