Risotto Recipe?

I bought a bunch of risotto on super cheap sale. I now realize that as much as I like to eat it, I have never made risotto. Does anyone have a good recipe? TIA!

I love wild mushroom risotto. Dont let crystal scare you, it's not hard to make, just labor intensive. I'm mobile and can not post the link, but I'm sure you can find one online. Do you have a wegman's near you?

you can substitute champagne for white wine too. or red wine. or just use chicken stock. you can pretty much do whatever with risotto as long as you have the right rice to liquid ratio and are patient!

My experience with risotto is it is not difficult, just time consuming. You basically stir for half an hour straight. We make this recipe several times a month:
