Huh. I would have thought you'd have linked to the FB post where all the "regulars" who have constantly complained about FB groups for months suddenly decided they want to have a secret FB group that you will only be accepted to if they know you.
Yeah, I don't know that I would call it unethical. I have a teacher that works for me that is having a baby this summer. She told me that she doesn't plan to return to work after her leave, which I appreciated so that I could plan accordingly.

I think it is unethical when you take employee benefits that you are given as an employee so that you can RETURN to work and then not return to work. This is what causes employers to eliminate maternity leave programs and makes women look bad.
