I think our LO was about 7 mos. she picks them up but doesn't reach for her mouth yet it seems once she gets them in her hands they start to dissolve as she figits with them. She takes them righ away though when we put them in her mouth for her
I started giving them to him right after our 6 mo appt. He spit them out the first few times but now he will eat them without any problems.

I started my DD at 7 months. Try one of the puffs, they just melt on your tongue technically, so you don't really need teeth. The Baby Mum Mums are the same way.
