Ring sling tricks?

What's the best way to keep the fabric spread well on my ring so it's easy to adjust?

I have a sleeping baby ring sling. I've watched the video it came with and looked through all the info on the website. I'm not having any trouble getting DD3 into position now, but every time I tighten the sling, it gets bunched. Tips?

You mean bunched in the rings? One thing is to avoid making big adjustments. Once you find the "sweet spot" just loosen enough to get baby out. Also when you do adjust, try pulling up and out vs. down.
