Is anyone else RH negative? What have you had to go through?

    I am. I had a shot during my last pregnancy around 20something weeks and then another one after delivery. I'm guessing it will be the same process this time around but I don't know for sure.

    You'll get the rhogam shot at 28 weeks and when your lo is born if he or she has a positive blood type you'll get the shot again. If your dh/so has a negative blood type nothing needs to be done since your lo would end up having a negative blood type.

    I am.  You will def. get a shot around 20ish weeks and then another at birth...also if you have ANY spotting or bleeding you also need to go in and get one (I got one last Wednesday).

    12/19/14- FET of 2 embabies = BFP!!!  One Little Bean EDD: 9/3/15

    Me too! Like the other girls said, you get a shot at 28 weeks and another one after birth if the baby's blood is positive :-)

    I'm Rh Neg but so is hy husband... Therefore, no shot needed! Lucky break! One less thing...

    RH negative here! They just gave me the Rhogam shot.
    I got it early though because of a threatened miscarriage, but things are going fine now. (:

    You're supposed to get it at 28 weeks, and 72 hours before birth, I believe(?).
