Gah! Sleep training for mom

So LO sleeps through the night, and while bed time is late, around 10:30 or 11pm, we've got a routine and that's that. She sometimes stirs in the nights, but settles herself quite happily.

The problem is me! I've been waking up at 3:30 or 4 am for the past few nights and I CANNOT get back to sleep. I need to learn self-soothing!

It's really frustrating, because our days are full-on, and there's no time to nap, so I'm shattered by the end of the day and just wish I could take advantage of proper sleep time!
