FYI 2013 G luxe wheel problem

My 2013 Gluxe just started the strange wheel vibration problem that was reported. I guess certain flooring makes it worse? I dunno. Anyway, I called UB support and they acknowledged right away that they had a problem with a specific batch. I am getting new tires sent to me right away, no questions asked. If you have one of the early units (I preordered), you might want to call to get the fix as well.

I've mentioned before, but I LOVE this company. Their service on my Vista and G luxe have been phenomenal.

Are you happy you got a G Luxe? I have a Vista but do a lot of cross-country travel and it's starting to be a pain. But I don't want to render my Vista useless, you know what I mean?
