After talking to my doctor about my supply she was quick to prescribe Reglan to help increase it. I have read very mixed things online. Does anyone have experience with this?
I've never heard if that. I was on domperidone for GI issues and that caused lactation. It's mainly prescribed for lactation. Reglan for lactation sounds weird.

My dr gave it to me for lactation, but I was way too scared to take it after reading about the horror stories.. ive been taking motherlove more milk plus and pumping after feedings. I haven't done a weighed feeding yet but I have heard her guzzle a bit mo
DS's ped offered to prescribe it to me, but TBH I'm not comfortable with it. There are some pretty severe potential side effects to mom and some also transfers o baby through the milk. Also, it's not certain that it will work, or how well.&nbs

I had it prescribed for about 10 days and it did absolutely nothing to help my supply. However I did find that the Fenugreek, mothers milk tea, and there is one other natural herb, but they helped much more so than the Reglan.
Re: Reglan to increase supply?
My OB said it has been around forever and IS safe but I didn't feel comfortable.
