I could have died!

So I am a nurse, worked in peds for 5 years (don't feel like it anymore - my brain doesn't work like it used to lol) and a new mom, so when breastfeeding didn't work for us I immediately started enfamil, my person favorite formula. Well today I made DD a bottle like I always do no biggie.

Well we sat down to eat and she got maybe a half an oz down and i noticed a black thing in her bottle... I of course immediately stopped feeding her and looked... it was a spider!!! I could have died... I still am itchy all over!

To say the least I wrote to Enfamil... nicely but stern... UGHHHHH!

What a day today has become! Indifferent

    I think it was in the formula. I check the bottles and nipples. Ughh I am so grossed out by it. Happy I noticed it. Now I am questioning switching formulas, but it could happen to anyone I suppose.

    That happened to us too. There was a tiny bug floating around in his bottle. I couldn't be sure where it came from so I didn't worry too much about it. Personally, I wouldn't switch formulas if your LO likes the one you use now. It was just a freak occure

    Omg!!! I would of freaked out and definitely sent them a letter. I bf but I worry about this with cereal.

    Last week my older two were eating yogurt and when helping DS with the last bite I found a squashed bug inside plastered to the bottom, gross! So I know the feeling. I was so mad and grossed out at first, but the truth is it could happen with any brand. I

    Ugh! I'm so sorry about that! My kids have never liked Enfamil anyways.
