Babies: 3 - 6 Months

Work Outs.

My little bean is almsot 4 months. I was lucky and lost almost all the weight really fast BUT of course I have the stretch marks (they don't bother me too much) and a bunch of lose skin! Yuck! :)

The weather has just started to get nice here (I live on Cape Cod, Mass) so I've been doing a mile n half walk on the days that are nice but do any of you moms have advice on some other workouts that I can actually fit into our day?!

  • At that age, my LO would nap for 1.5 hrs (usually) for his morning nap so I started using that nap to do a video at home during the first half and second half to shower and get ready. Or if he slept less, I would workout during the nap and then put him

    Walking is good, you can incorporate walking lunges, speed drills or do push ups on a park bench etc...  My DS loves doing exercise videos with me and if the baby is fussy I just modify things and do it while holding DD.
