Moving from 5 feedings to 4?

Hi guys. So my DD has 5 feedings a day (plus 2 "meals"), which means she's eating about every 3 hours. I feel like she could probably go 4 hours btw feedings BUT she eats so much each time! She takes 2 8 oz bottles and 3 7 oz bottles. How do I ensure she's getting the same amount of food? I can't imagine her being able to down 9-10 oz bottles at a time. But maybe she would...? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? I know she'll take less formula when she starts eating more solids, but she's really not very interested in solids yet so I don't know when that would be. She's 7.5 months, btw.

I would leave it as is. Don't fix something that isn't broken - you know?

solid foods are typically given IN ADDITION TO breastmilk/formula, you dont replace formula with food or lessen the amount of formula. And you may know this already, but you should offer formula first and then the food so they dont "fill up" on food adn t
