Regarding teens having children

The below post made me think.

Is there any legal responsibility on a parent if their under age child gets someone pregnant? Meaning for CS, providing health insurance, etc.?

  • From what I understand in my state, a minor cannot go to court without a parent or other adult. Everything I have read says that if their parent is unwilling they can either bring a trusted adult or be appointed one to act on their behalf. The minor is

  • Kind of related...in my decree, which is a standard TX decree, it states that if my son becomes a parent before he graduates high school XH doesn't have to pay anymore.  I am assuming that is because they expect the new dad to pay and it is pointl
