Regarding teens having children

The below post made me think.

Is there any legal responsibility on a parent if their under age child gets someone pregnant? Meaning for CS, providing health insurance, etc.?

    This was my biggest fear when SD was a teen that she would get PG.

    From what I understand in my state, a minor cannot go to court without a parent or other adult. Everything I have read says that if their parent is unwilling they can either bring a trusted adult or be appointed one to act on their behalf. The minor is

    DD(14),SD(13),SS(11),SS(9),DS(3)

    Kind of related...in my decree, which is a standard TX decree, it states that if my son becomes a parent before he graduates high school XH doesn't have to pay anymore.  I am assuming that is because they expect the new dad to pay and it is pointl

    DH's TX decree does not say that, though I wish it did!

    BM and her mom both got pregnant "on accident".  BM has told SD that boys are more important than school, looks are more important than anything else and is pushing her to do dri

    I am sure then that BM had that clause removed...some days I think she is TRYING to get one of the skids to be a teen parent so she can be the center of the universe, lording the grandchild living in her house over DH and demandin

    Our TX CO's do not have that clause in them either.

    As much as I don't like to admit, BD was 18 when DD was born. When DD was a year old (so he was 19), his mom tried to take his dad back to court for back CS. Seriously, while BD was paying me CS
