Hey ladies,
I have an opportunity to move into a management position that would mean more time and more responsibility at work, as well as more stress. Other than the added pressure, I feel like the job would be a good fit.
I guess I'm just asking if you would move into a management position with small kids (18 months and 3 months)?

That's hard to answer.
How important is the extra income to your family?
Will it be a lot more work just in the beginning, then ease up as you grow accustomed to the job? Managing people is harder and inherently more work, but like anything
