Just wondering if you would get a second opinion from dr? I've been seeing my current RE for 3 years off and on bc 3 yrs ago she helped me get pregnant with iui and now I have a son..but second time around its not working. I'm unexplained infertility and 37. What would you say to your current dr? It's a very small office and I truly love them, but really want to know why... And maybe another pair of eyes can help... I guess I have to ask for my records to be transferred or copied? Ah

After 3 years, I would definitely get a second opinion. And for the records- what I did was request a copy so that I could have a personal record of my history and treatments for other providers down the road. No need to tell them that you'

I'd get a second opinion. Can't hurt. If anything, a different RE may have a few additional tests or things they'd want to monitor that could give some new insight. And you can always go back to your original, if you prefer.
