Healthy choices

This is my first pregnancy. I have been eating meals and snacking a lot. I don't tend to snack on a lot of fruits and veggies right now. I'm about 7 to 9 weeks along. My first appointment is April 22nd. I have also been trying to drink caffine free soda when I do drink it but sometimes I'll have a Pepsi. I'm just concerned if I don't eat healthy all the time my baby might not be getting all the good stuff it needs, though I am taking prenatals. Any advice for eating habits or drinks so I don't feel so guilty? Thanks! :
